Housing Coordinator Position

Applications are now being accepted for the position of Housing Programs Coordinator. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Home Weatherization Assistance Program and Community Housing Improvement Programs as well as other home repair, energy conservation and homeless assistance programs. Duties include program/project oversight, contract compliance, financial management, planning and personnel management.

An Associate Degree with 1 year administrative experience required. Computer skills and knowledge of energy conservation and residential construction principles are essential. The successful applicant must have completed or be able to complete state-mandated trainings and program competency requirements. Grant writing/proposal development experience is desirable as well as familiarity with HWAP, CDBG, HOME, OHTF and related funding resources.
